“ODERY DRUMS WARRANTIES”

1. Shells: Five (05) years of warranty over manufacturing defects (bending, cracks, ungluing of laminated blades, etc) and/or problems on the external finish.

2. Lugs, Bass drum hoop claws and floating system:
• On chrome finishes – eternal warranty against rust and ten (10) years over manufacturing defects such as the break down of parts.
• On special finishes – eternal warranty against rust, one (01) year against apparent damages on the finish and/or reaction from bathings and ten (10) years over manufacturing problems such as the break down of parts.
Note: The special bathings (reflective or unreflective nickel, golden, silver, copper and aged copper) receive epoxi varnish bathing for protection and maintenance of the bathing’s perfect conditions. Sea fluids and acid atmosphere, as well as chemicals, may affect the varnish and leave the external side of the piece looking ugly. For a perfect maintenance and the guarantee of a good looking piece, cleaning is to be done with a soft cloth slightly umidified with water, followed by a dry cloth.

3. Hard hoop aluminum: Ten (10) years warranty over manufacturing defects.
Note: The aluminum hoop is anodized (the process that gives color to it) and chemicals, especially those containing soda caustics, are not to be applied to it, since the hoop may lose its color.

4. Wood hoop Odery: Six (06) months warranty over break down and ungluing of laminated wood.
Note: The wood hoop is built in the same fashion as that of the drums, only it goes through a process of internal reinforcement to make it more durable. Since it is made of wood and may crack due to the action of time or that of strong falls – even though it can take a strong beating –, it is sensitive and has not been conceived with the intention of being used in heavier rhythms. In that sense, care must be taken with its usage.

5. Snare strainer, bass drum spurs, 1,6mm and e 2,3 mm imported hoops and toms and floor tom holding system: One (01) year over manufacturing defects.

General notes:
• During the period of its validity, all Odery warranties are valid regarding the instrument in itself. That is: The warranty still holds if the instrument is sold to a third part during that period. Odery is entirely available to clear out any problems that might happen to the instruments it manufactures. We will always do our very best to give prompt attention to our customers, so that their problems are always minimum. To make contact procedures faster, the number contained on the shell’s internal badge or on the drum’s identification plate must be informed.
• The colors and finishes are always kept on our production line for a minimum period of three years after the last piece with that very same color and/or finish is manufactured when those colors/finishes are discontinued, thus providing the customers with opportunities to acquire new pieces within that period’s duration.
• Odery keeps to itself the right of issuing new models and change the design and specifications of its pieces and shells with previous notification.
• Odery Drums is a registered trade mark and we do not authorize its use without previous authorization.
