Odery's floor tom's spurs are also produced in brass
so that they will not rust (since this one piece suffers
from much strain on the part that gets pressed), they
have thick rubber fits as "feet" provided
with a shock absorbing system (the rubber itself has
such a system in order to help better sound projection)
and all come with its own individual memory to make
the usual position always easily achievable.
The bases which hold the spurs are attached to the
drums, and are very strong and with excellent design
and user friendliness, holding the floor toms entirely
by touching them on whole surface of contact, not
by mere direct pressure.
