"Só podemos seguir crescendo neste universo musical que abraçamos e amamos tanto, se nossos compromissos forem mantidos e os ideais renovados a cada dia"

shaping
Your order placed, the card with your personal set-up is sent to production. The wood is selected, cut into the predetermined measures and then put in their respective molds. Craftsmen Paulo Moraes and Rogério Agostini are in charge of this process.

cuts and chamfers
The shell is allowed to dry naturally for 16 hours and is then removed from its mold. It is finally cut and chamfered into the precise measure that was ordered, following Odery's rigorous quality control.

covering
Next, the Shell is sent to the cover / paint section. That's where your drum gets the laminated finish ( radica, fassino, bird's eye, brazilian mahogany, etc ) , the desired color of Formica cover or the dyes for the lacquer finish.

finishing
After that, the drum is sent to the finish section, run by craftsman Anderson Costa. The excess Formica ( in covered drums ) is cut out , the inner shells are hand-sanded and sealed and then sent to drilling.

drilling
In this section the shell is accurately drilled so that it can accommodate the tuning lugs according to the specifications. Odery has developed a special drilling machine for that process.

detail drilling
The drums are now further drilled for details ( bass drum spurs, name plate, air vents, etc ) by craftsman Alexandre Alves who is also responsible for Odery's logistics and final quality control.

assembling and packaging
Finally, the drum gets its final touches such as polishing and cleaning so that it can be fitted with the hardware, the heads and then packed. This last stage is done by craftsman Eric Lucchese.

hardware
While the drum making processes are in progress, all the tuning and suspension hardware is produced : the lugs, the floating system and the aluminum hoops . In addition to that, our special wooden hoops are lathed and drilled. These drumkit components are painstakingly made by craftsman Wilson Lucchese.

final comments
The whole process of drum and hardware making is closely supervised by Mr. Odery himself . He also takes active part in the crafting process and puts a lot of care and ingenuity into the instrument that bears his name and which has always been his pride and joy. Once your customized kit is ready, it can be shipped to your home for your convenience or , if you wish, you can pick it up at our factory. Just take your drums out of the boxes and enjoy your "personal"sound . We sincerely hope you have a successful career as a drummer/percussionist .
